Marijuana and the teen brain presents vital information for 13-19 year old students. Even though many young people think marijuana is harmless the research shows other wise. The teen brain is developing during this time and continues to mature and develop until about age 25. Marijuana can cause all kinds of problems in learning, coordination, reaction time, and judgment. It can also cause hallucinations, paranoia, mental problems, decline in school academics, decline in athletic performance, and impaired driving.
